Finding Fit at 30

For dinner this evening, I took a friend of mine out to a restaurant of her choice for her birthday. Lucky for me, she chose Thai Spice, my favorite Thai place in Omaha. Their food is so good and cheap! I had the Thai Spice Vegetable Curry Rice. With my curry tacos for lunch I think I’m all curried out for the day! It comes with this awesome cucumber sauce that really tempers the spice of the dish (I go for a spicy level 5). They serve so much you’re guaranteed 2 meals and my dish was only $7.95! I don’t think I can make it at home that cheap. I didn’t get a pic of it all pretty on the plate but here is tomorrow’s lunch in a to-go container:



My photo really doesn’t do it justice. If you’re in Omaha and haven’t been, go try it, you won’t be disappointed. Well, I hope not anyway.
Otherwise, that’s about it for this evening. I go back to work tomorrow, woo-hoo! And since it’s about 10:30 pm, it’s about night-night time.
