Finally! It’s a balmy 76 degrees outside and the weather couldn’t be more perfect. It feels like winter lasted forever and the winters here in Iowa are freezing. Well, anything below 50 or so is freezing to me! Today was my “Monday” at work since I’m actually off on Mondays and Tuesdays so I didn’t bring my actual camera to work to photograph lunch since it’s not routine yet. Yet again you’re stuck with iphone pics. And I didn’t get any of breakfast. Whoops!
Lunch was a veggie stir fry I made last night with broccoli, celery, ‘shrooms, carrots (aren’t they pretty colors), snap peas, onion and peppers. Here’s all the veggies plus tempeh:

Here’s what I used for the sauce:

And here’s my dog Bailey hoping I’ll drop a crumb her way:

Here’s that pretty stir-fry at lunch today along with a Wallaby Dark Chocolate Down Under yogurt:

Can you tell I work in hell? I mean, I myself would guess that’s about how the lighting would look. I’d never had the Wallaby brand of yogurt before today. It reminded me of the Stonybrook brand and was pretty good. Mid-afternoon I had a craving for something, mostly because I was bored so I made some tea:

This is the first box of Yogi brand tea I’ve bought and it’s yummy! I love mint tea and this one is perfect! Well, I’m heading outside for a run and to enjoy this weather, hope to post again tonight!
